Why am I being invited to take part in this research study?

We invite you to take part in this research study because every Risktec employee is eligible to participate in it. There are no required conditions or circumstances.

What should I know about this research study?

• The study assesses how individuals perform in a group setting through games.
• Your participation is important for your team.
• The level of individual contribution will affect the collective performance of the group.
• You can ask all the questions you want before you decide.

What is the purpose of this research?

Evaluate Collective Intelligence:

Collective intelligence refers to the ability of a group or team to solve complex problems, make effective decisions, and collaborate efficiently. The results of the POGS game will be used to gain deeper knowledge regarding the current collective intelligence level in across Risktec and help formulate strategies to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing. Understanding the collective intelligence of employees can help identify areas of strength and areas for improvement within the organization, ultimately enhancing overall performance, teamwork, and employee satisfaction.

How long will the test last and what will I need to do?

We expect that you will be in this game-based test study for 30 minutes. There will be 3 tasks which you will have to complete in collaboration with your assigned teams.

Is there any way being in this study could be bad for me?

We don’t believe there are any risks from participating in this res.

If I take part in this research, how will my privacy be protected? What happens to the information you collect?

Efforts will be made to limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Information, including research study records, to people who have a need to review this information. We promise complete secrecy as per UK GDPR regulations.

Will this data be stored?

Once we collect the data and analyze the same for the purpose of this project, the data will be deleted and only the aggregate data will be shared with the relevant stakeholders from the Risktec team. No individual data will be shared with any stakeholder.
